1. Local Browser-Only Calculation Architecture

TimeCardWorks is engineered with a strict client-side architecture. When you enter clock-in times, clock-out times, break durations, hourly pay rates, or overtime thresholds, all mathematical calculations run locally on your device via JavaScript.

Your timesheet and wage inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers. We do not maintain user databases, accounts, or cloud profiles containing your work hours.

2. Local Storage (localStorage)

To enhance user convenience, our calculators may save your active shift entries and preferred settings (such as your chosen currency symbol and default overtime threshold) in your browser’s localStorage. This information stays on your device and is never synchronized to external servers.

You can reset this stored data at any time by clicking the "Reset" button inside the calculator or by clearing your browser cache.

3. Hosting Infrastructure & Technical Request Data

To deliver web pages securely and reliably, our static hosting infrastructure (such as Cloudflare Pages) processes standard web request metadata. This may include IP addresses, browser user agents, referring URLs, and request timestamps strictly for DDOS mitigation, security auditing, and server performance monitoring.

These technical request logs do not contain your timesheet inputs, wage entries, or calculation results. We do not use third-party advertising tracking networks, behavioral tracking pixels, or cross-site profiling.

4. Third-Party Links

TimeCardWorks may contain informational links to external reference documentation or educational resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.

5. Privacy Inquiries

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how technical data is handled, please contact us at info@TimeCardWorks.com.
